Buckaroos head to the Manti Holiday Classic

Buckaroos head to the Manti Tourney this Friday and Saturday. Wrestling begins at 2pm Friday with two pools.
Pool A is Manti, Springville, Emery, Gunnison, North Sanpete, Richfield and ALA.
Pool B is Wayne, Altamont, Duchesne, Fremont, Juab, Monticello, and Panguitch.
Buckaroos will wrestle 7 dual rounds then depending on their placement from those rounds will wrestle in 2 more to determine placing.

At 182 Austin Troy Wilcox is your 1A State Champion by fall

Being only a Sophomore look for Austin to be back in the Championship.

Cole Eldredge 1A 132 pound State Champion

At 132 Cole Eldredge is your 1A State Champion winning 9-1

The Future looks bright for this young Buckaroo. Cole is only a freshman and looks to claim multiple State Titles in the years to come.

Brian Robinson 1A 126 pound State Champion

At 126 Brian Robinson is your 1A State Champion by tech fall 15-0

Brian won his second State Title as a Junior and joins only 10 other Buckaroos that can claim that feat. With next year his senior year Brian looks to join a more elite group of 3x State Champions. Only 3 Buckaroos hold that honor.

At 120 Brandon Musselman placed 2nd losing 6 to 4 in overtime

At 113 Hunter Bowring places 2nd losing 4 to 2 in a hard fought battle

Championship finals start at 5 pm. The Buckaroos have 5 in the finals Altamont has 6. Panguitch also has 5. 4 of which wrestle Buckaroos. The Buckaroos will need some help from others if they are to hold off Altamont

1A Southern Divisional Tournament

On Saturday 2-11-12 the Buckaroos will host the 1A Southern Divisional Tournament at MHS. Action starts at 9:30am. Come out and support the Buckaroo's and all the 1A southern teams. This should be a great tournament.

The Buckaroo Wrestlers travels to Farmington High School this weekend for the JV Tourney action starts at 9:00am The Varsity is off till the 25th when they travel to San Juan.

Change in Schedule

Attention Buckaroo Wrestling Fans: The Dual with Cortez has been CHANGED. It will now be held at MHS starting at 7pm on Wednesday the 18th. This was scheduled to be in Cortez. The Buckaroos will also host Whitehorse the same night. Come out and see the Buckaroos take on Cortez and Whitehorse.
